Really cant compare each applications as it is assesed differently. Do not expect your progress to be the same with yr friend although both of u submit at the same day and same time.

How is it possible for some students after the submission of documents to increase the % quickly and for some it takes some time considering the fact that medical is done at same time and report is submitted at same time?And also the institution being the same? Sticker endorsement is when immigration glued your student pass inside your passport. Basically that is your student pass. Not really sure about fee but u can find the info on your VAL.
