Dear EMGS Officer,

My application for student pass renewal is in process with EMGS. My passport (#AB6888951) has been stuck at 80% from the 5 February. It has completed its 14 working days with immigration department today. I have to essentially travel on 28th February and have already booked my ticket. Can you please assist in completing my process as soon as possible?

  Hi Bint,
  
  Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 05th of February 2020. The process will normally take approximately 14 working days. Therefore, the process is still within the stipulated time frame.
  Furthermore, students are not advised to make travel arrangement as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
