I had the same situation, i needed to cancel the first application and create a new one with the new payment method, it took less than two days to cancel the first one.

If you have already created the application , kindly contact your institution and request them to cancel the application . You are required to send a cancellation request to enquiry(at) emgs.com.my to cancel the application you have created in our system.
