Usually there are something wrong with your documents and EMGS will be informed that the problem….
Did you have receive some recoments from them?

from which country &which university
I am from Pakistan and going to inti and u brother?
I’m from Bangladesh and going to UPM
If it’s at 20% means your application was rejected because of something in your documents.. either something is wrong or something missing. Just contact them and your institution to know what is it so you can fix it. Once you fix the problem in your documents hopefully the process will start running again
The problem was with my medical test i have given the medical report to them yesterday. Its not a big issue yes ?
