You have to fly to Malayisa then it will go 100%

At 70% you can fly to malaysia then post arrival Medical and submission of your passport required to complet it to 100%.

When it turned to 70%? Did you get your eVAL? Surely you got it, you can take your passport, a photo and eVAL to Malaysian embassy and apply for Single entry Visa.
