5 months, i have been asking city univerdity to cancel my active status under the immigration. I have given them my exit stamp but they say they cancelled but the EMGS says different.Does this mean , my chances of studying hinge on City university? And my future? I have called , emailed them but no response. Isnt the EMGS thr facilitator of our visa process? If they can’t help, should i stop apllying?

  If you have got an email from emgs regarding your status, send it to your school plus visa department asking them to address the issue, probably by resending the cancellation request.

  You please call direct university as well as emgs.
  then immidiately send them yr request by email to then and forwarded pervious emsils.
  just cc yr email also to the head of university…
  may you got answer.
