greeting emgs officer, i have booked my flight to malaysia after getting the approval of my VAL and since im from a country that doesn’t request SEV, and upon ur respond that it will only take 2 to 3 working days to print out the VAL, but now im facing a delay and its taking more than 3 working days and others are facing the same issue, could someone kindly contact the immigration department and clear things out for us please?
