    @tinashem HELLO EMGS my name is bahaa and passport number : A22645857 AND I AM APPLYING FOR VISA RENEWAL AND PERCENTAGE STUCK AT 30% SINCE 23/09 AND ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I AM VERY WORRIED BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY RESERVED FLIGHT TICKET BACK HOME FIRST OF DECEMBER FOR SERIOUS ISSUE AND ALL I AM ASKING WHEN I CAN HAVE MY PASSPORT BACK AND WHY IT IS TAKING ALL THAT TIME?
