Hi Baffa,
Kindly note that we are yet to receive any update pertaining to home quarantine procedure. As per the buletin we received, all international students arriving to Malaysia are subjected to quarantine at designated government quarantine stations

If you are a new student then u don’t need TA anymore. You can use valid SEV and can fly…
New student still need TA bcoz because you need student pass in order to entry without TA and SEV is not student pass
