Good-day Sir/Ma
I have apply for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and I was told that i have
previous record with you (emgs) which need to be cancel and i have
submitted document requested for cancellation since on 17th of this
month. but since then i have gotten any information from them (utm)
I will appreciate if my complain can be consider soonesthowever this is the message sent to ######### on 17th October 2017
I have received message from emgs that, they have not receive any link
or response from you (UTM) concerning my application for VAL. I’ll
appreciate if there would be any assistance that will fast track my
application to be completed within minimum time.
