I have September intake but still my file is stuck at 5%.. will i get it before September

  @Ayush you WILL GET there by September. Usually VAL takes 15-25 days these days to reach 70% which is the stage when you are awarded VAL. You need maximum 7 days after that to get your Single Entry Visa to Malaysia.
