Kindly contact your institution to do a transfer endorsement of student pass from old passport to new passport. For now, you may still login your app using the old passport number, however it is vital for you to liaise with your institution for the transfer endorsement as it may affect your renewal application. No. U have to submit for renewal before u left malaysia for holiday or student break.

Not long mine took one weeks only and it had costed about RM 70-80 so far I remember ,
