If the English center is of the same university then you don’t need to leave Malaysia. Otherwise, you’ll have to go back home in order to change your visa. Or maybe the immigration will consider allowing you to change the visa here

Hi Aymen,
Students transferring from language centre to another institution woudl have to exit the country and only enter once their VAL is approved.
