dear Sir , i communicated with USM uni and I informed them that I need your representative to attend in immigration piont in Kl airport and they respond that we don’t have representative in Kl and we are far from kl, so what I should do?

Dear Ayman, as far as USM is concerned, they must have provided you with that “SEVEN STEPS TO GET A STUDENT PASS” document . The point no 6 clearly states what documents you need to have with you in order for the immigration counter to provide an endorsement or entry stamp. I don’t think there will be any problem.

I think this is to be communicated with your institution, Ayman.
With UTM, there is a form that you need to submit in order to have a transportation arranged from the airport to school. 🙂 -
Yes you need them to know in adavnce.
