Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are well.

I would like to seek clarification regarding the validity of an offer letter after a change in intake.

A student who initially received an offer letter for the February intake has deferred their admission to the July intake.

In this situation, I would like to kindly ask:

1. Is it necessary for the student to obtain a new offer letter reflecting the July intake?
2. Or is the previous offer letter (February intake) still valid for EMGS processing and travel purposes?

  When applying in the system, the intake or start date stated on the offer letter must be a future date; the system will not accept an offer letter with a past or expired date. As such, kindly ensure to obtain the new offer letter with the latest date for further processing.
