Ok after getting Single Entry Visa (SEV) can i travel direct to Penang because my university is in Penang or i have to go first to Kuala Lumpur then from Kuala Lumpur to Penang kindly guide me on this.

My Val has approved so can i travel to Malaysia on Visa approval latter or should i apply for single entry visa in malaysian consulate and also my application is stuck on 80% what does that means. Anyone pls help
