If you applied directly with emgs, you can request a refund from emgs.

If your application was initially made through your university, then you need to apply a refund with the university.

The date of birth in my waec is 21st while the date of birth in my passport is 19th, Emgs required a letter from waec to cover the mistake but waec refused to write the later to me.

Any solution for it ??

I have done everything but emgs rejected it and insist that waec should write a later to them concerning the error in my waec date of birth

I wish I could ask for you here in Malaysia but emgs phone operators ask for many details that only you would know. Call them by phone. You get the answer in seconds.
