@dhaval I have applied for VAL . How will it get approval from university. It shows 5% progress.
5% means they haven’t submitted the payment and required documents. It will increase to 15% once they do it.
Do I have to send any documents by post
No they must already have it while applied. If they dont have then you need to send it by email. And stay in touch with both emgs and ur institute they will guide you through it.
