Yes that’s correct, my commencement date is 11 February 2019.

Social visit pass you mean? You cannot. You’ll have to exit Malaysia and apply for the student pass.

Yes, I’m in Malaysia now until 15 March, and I got my offer letter from UPM for this semester.

Yes u can because this VAL will be valid for 6 months so therefore u can apply for differment of your admission in next semester
