Good morning, I want to ask if my visa has expired can I enter malaysia or should I apply for a single entry visa?, I have asked my university and they said that it is ok as long as I have a travel authorization.

And am already vaccinated I have emailed ######### but they didn’t reply and I am supposed to travel on the 22nd I have emailed on the 10th of August and filled out the form but untill now there’s no reply can you please help me with that
