Hello and good afternoon, I want to inquire about if the international students can get a home surveillance order (home quarantine), and if so what is the process and how much time it takes

And am already vaccinated I have emailed ######### but they didn’t reply and I am supposed to travel on the 22nd I have emailed on the 10th of August and filled out the form but untill now there’s no reply can you please help me with that
