I have an issue with refund money of visa application .Firstly i have apply for visa applications and the price for 1 year but they said i have to add on 320Rm for 4years actually when i got it was only 1year. Afterthat i asked the office why?? The said your application only for 1year. I Said it is ok! Then i asked about my money?? They said we will apply for refund to you. Finally i wait for 3months and I asked them they said just wait until 6months. Until that day they said you cannot refund. These issue who fault is it?? EMGS or University ??? I want to know about this
