I’m having the same problem. My percentage decreased from 70% to 60% for the VAL photo correction.

And did they tell you the reasons behid this delay?
Since 19th October. No they didn’t say any reason behind the delay.
My classes will commence from 26th November. I don’t have much time and this is taking way too long.

@asmaa Yes it’s solved. My flight is tomorrow.
I just took a screenshot of the page in windowmalaysia.my with the problem mentioned and submitted it to the Embassy of Malaysia in Riyadh. I just attached a physical passport size photo along with my application.
I got my visa stamped within 2 days.
Nethier me nor my university asked for this correction, its by EMGS
