Hello Asim. As a student following up on my own application as well as of inputs from colleagues, I would say there is really no way to reaonsabily come up with a timline for our applications to be accepted. Still, it is unlikely that emgs did not respond in 14 days after the last issue was resolved (turning into green). From my expereince with my own application, emgs picks up on the application after 1 to 5 working days. If your latest status says for example that emgs has received the documents (justy as happned to me), then there will be some waiting days (in my case 5 working days) until the documents are vetted. Afterwards, they are submitted to the immigration department, and we hope at that stage an expedient answer would come from them.
In my expereince, the total period of time was 14 working days to get the travel authrisation as of the date on which the application was created. If during the process any document is requested, then we add five working days on top of the original 14 working days. This is why a specific timeline is really impossible to predict.
Check your application again and look for the latest dates on which your progress turned into green. If more than five working days elapsed with no action, contact emgs by email to see if anything was wrong.
