Brother are you sure is there still any ban list exist. What i heard that the list is not applicable now. You can travel with precautions if you are not a new applicant. If you are new then you can’t come.

I think you can come to Malaysia but need to pay 4700 for Quarantine and to pay for covid-19 test twice.
