Hello All,
Sharing an experienceI applied(by self, not by agent) for VAL on 22 January 2019 and uploaded the required documents and photo as per guidelines by EMGS.
On 12 February 2019, I received my eVALand I downloaded it.
On 14 February 2019, I applied for SEV through Embassy in my country and I received SEV on 20 February 2019.

is it must to do a pre-arrival medical checkup from EMGS registered clinics for indian students?

@shreeyash yes, it is compulsory to go for the pre-arrival medical test. Make sure you go to registered clinics by EMGS.

Hello EMGS officer, @EMGS
I received my iKad and sticker pass on 13 March. But I did not receive my Insurance card also my institution is saying that they don’t have any information about the insurance card and they asked me to talk to EMGS. So I request you to look for the same.

How long did you get it from 85% at emgs ?

for me it was only 8 working days to get my passport back with student pass. ideally it takes 14 working days. @anna sardiana

It’s possible but very risky sir., u might land urself in overstay. At the point of entry you are giving only one month. So if you don’t enter during the registration period you have have some problem

No dear you are not allowed to travel malaysia before one or two months its better that you travel just one week before

30-32% : 2 working days
32-35% : 3 working days
35-70% : 7-10 working days
EVisa : 1 dayYou should be able to reach by the 26th provided no additional document or clarification is required.
