They meant to say passport for sticker not for sev once you get sev then fly to Malayisa and then give your passport to university and they will submit to emgs

Offer letter, passport, eVal and photo and choose agent from embassy webpage, I did from desh travels and tours

Mr. Amin@ have u got ur SEV? Is it endorsed in Passport or an electronic copy?

I am also from Bangladesh . which University you applied?. And which program ? Tell me if you don’t have any problem . I got my VAL also . And applied for SEV with an agent . I have visited Emdassy . Because Embassy does not take any passport in recent times . So , best of luck .

Do not go to agents, do it ur self , where’ve u from , usually it’s takes 1 week in India

As far I know, booking flight ticket is not mandatory for SEV..
