Please note that students would have to be in the country to process the student pass cancellation. Generally, the cancellation process will normally take approximately 5 working days with the approval solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Your transfer endorsement was completed on the 18th of November. Your current application is under the previous passport number as the application was created under your previous passport number. Hi Ashifur,

Please note that only students can create an online application from their home country. Dependant applications has to be submitted through the institution. Once the travel ban is lifted, your dependants can enter Malaysia on a social pass and then your institution can proceed to create the dependant applications.
