Hello EMGS,

I’ve submitted application for sticker transfer from my previous passport to new passport. I submitted my documents at my university on 9th November. But I don’t see any progress using my new passport number. What I tried previous passport number then I see the process when I first time got my student pass.
Could you please let me know the progress. I’m from Bangladesh and my passport number is EG0593658.

  Hi Ashifur,
  
  Your transfer endorsement was completed on the 18th of November. Your current application is under the previous passport number as the application was created under your previous passport number. Your renewal application will be under your new passport number. You would have to check with your institution if they have created your renewal application.
