Hello EMGS, I wanted to enquire that I’m on tourist visa in Malaysia for visit and I applied in few universities and one of them already gave me the offer letter, can I apply for my VAL now as currently I’m on vacations here in Malaysia so can I apply during my vacations period?

  Please take note that you may apply for VAL while you are in Malaysia, however once your VAL has been approved you will be required to exit Malaysia and enter using your VAL and SEV (If your country requires SEV). Please be advised that you cannot convert your visit pass to student pass.Thank you.
