By the time your application goes to immigration should be 35 or 32. But 15 is add situation hence i suggest you to email EMGS about it. Btw for immigration update , there is no precise timeline with them. I hot my EVAL after 22 days , others got it in few days . So petient

If your application submitted to the Immigration Department of Malaysia, I should be 32 to 35 percentage. That is still showing 15% yellow color meaning there is pending additional documents from your University. Contact university as soon as possible.
