Sir m a student of PhD in UPM.I have attended one semester and have got one year entry visa which had expired on august 2017. From 2016- 2017. Because I deferred my last two semesters due to inappropriate health status , I could not renew my visa FROM AUGUST 2017 . Sir Now InshaaAllah I have to come for next semester . Now I am in Pakistan. Can I come on social visit vissa and can apply for student visa with extra fee ?
