I am writing regarding my student pass application:

Application Type: New
Current Status: 30% – Pending additional document(s) from the institution
I recently submitted an amendment request to update my application with my new passport, and I can see that the passport-related issue has now been marked “Closed” on 15/09/2026.
However, my overall application is still showing 30%, with the status indicating that additional document(s) are pending from the institution.
I would be very grateful if you could please clarify:
1. What additional document(s) are currently required from my institution?
2. Has the institution already submitted the requested document(s)?
3. Once the documents are received, approximately how long will it take for my application to progress further?
4. Is there anything I can do from my side to help expedite the process?
This is time-sensitive, as I need to enter Malaysia before 2 October 2026 for my upcoming intake. I would sincerely appreciate it if my application could be processed as soon as possible.
