Be patient guy, I have faced issues as you, almost 3 weeks still zero, but alhamdulillah right now my vAL on process.

Hy mattia you should contact your institution and asking them how it could be, or you send additional what they want to instututon.

Be patient guys, I already done apply since 2 feb, but it is still 0% until 27 feb.
I think it is take a long time, depend on your luck…

As I know, if you have gotten VAL you must contact embassy on your country n then you will get multiple entry visa, if u have gotten it, you can fly to malaysia.

I think you should fulfil your document, if your document it does not complete your visa will be delay.

Maybe for the first, you must report to the police that you lost your passport, and then you go to immigration office to take the new passport again
You must explaine to them that you lost your passport n you want to get a new passport for the replacement and give them report the police as evidence.
