Hy mattia you should contact your institution and asking them how it could be, or you send additional what they want to instututon.

I heard it can be download since 2 or 3 days after approved

As I know, if you have gotten VAL you must contact embassy on your country n then you will get multiple entry visa, if u have gotten it, you can fly to malaysia.

I should be in malaysia on march as well, but my VAL 0% 🙁
So dont be sad.
