Hi EMGS,
My application got closed since 14/05/2019 over acdemic result issue to be precise M.Sc graduation certificate.
My home University had responded to this issue in a letter addressed to dated 20/05/2019 confirming my graduation status and requesting UTM to accept the acdemic documents forwarded in the said letter in lieu of my certificate.
However, EMGS had made the following query to UTM. See below

The following issues have been highlighted in your student pass application. Your institution has already been notified and is required to take the appropriate action mentioned in the comments below. EMGS will proceed with your application once all issues listed have been closed. The status will be updated accordingly once each issue has been resolved.

1) The institute is required to submit a copy of the official graduation certificate for Master degree.

Kindly confirm with us if UTM would like to proceed with the provided academic documents for this application.
I write because I am getting apprehensive over the silence of my institution over this issue. UTM had not picked my calls nor replied my mails for over two weeks now.
I wish they’d replied EMGS mail either ways, it would have help me on the way forward.
