Well, it has to do with two things:
1. The requirements of the airplane. (Covid negative and vaccination certificate)
2. The requirements of the country you are going to.
In my case, they asked me to submit a proof that I filled in a form at the Jordanian covid platform.-

I left Malaysia a week ago without the need to do anything. I had a valid student sticker. Only got the Covid negative test and of course the vaccination certificate.

So you just need do PCR test before flight? And no need to confirm anything to Malaysia right?
