Don’t worry Aria u will be fine.UTM didn’t answer my email too.But I reached to 32% just today.

Thanks for your reply, but from last week i need to submit sone dicuments , so i emailed those documents to utm, and from that time the application status is still open and didnt changed at all

Did you contact UTM?

Yes i did , nobody didnt pick up the phones even non of them dosnt answer the eamails, i dont know what is happen

I did have the same kind of problem. UTM 12 days to resolve it. Yes UTM didn’t puck up my call but they did reply to emails. You can contact me at whatsapp. I have a friend at UTM.
