Better you call EMGS office and check your email, because they mentioned about additional documents when 32% and green. I think your application need some documents because more than 1 month, it is not common. I hope you can contact your university or EMGS office.

Assalamu Alaykum. I have some info that I got from my friends but I cannot totally say that it will fit country or region structure that you live in. After it will reach 70% You will need to go Malaysia Embassy to get SEV (single entry visa) as long as I know
