After the acceptance of your application by your institution… Then, EMGS will review your documents and process accordingly.

It takes emgs 7 days at least to review your applications and if it needs correction or extra documents the process can be longer. Its only been 4 days.

If you have been able to download it… Then, you may proceed to the nearest Malaysian Embassy in your home country along with other required documents to apply for the SEV. I guess you are Nigerian.
