Hi Arafah,
Please be informed that we are unable to refund your fee since your special pass already been issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Currently, your passport and document are submitted to immigration for student pass endorsement.

Hi,
Please note that your Special Pass application is in progress with your institution. Once the process is completed, you institution can collect your passport and submit for your renewal application.

Hi EMGS,
I’ve emailed enquiry(at)emgs.com.my about my situation last sunday, but i still haven’t received any reply.
My bachelors is ending in 2 weeks. But my visa is at 50% renewal. I’m wondering if its possible to cancel the renewal process during this time. And is it possible to travel out of Malaysia with the current state of my visa? Pleas…[Read more]

Hi Arafah,
Please be advised that currently, EMGS is awaiting the submission of your passport from the institute in order for us to initiate the student visa issuance. Kindly note that you are required to hold a valid pass to exit Malaysia.

My campus is currently closed since I think EMGS are not accepting any applications. Is it possible to cancel the visa at this stage at the last week of my course?
