Hi,
I’m just wondering if emgs is accepting visa renewal at this time? My progress is at 50% and I’ve already submitted my passport to my instituition. So I’m wondering why is it still stuck at pending

Please note that your Special Pass application is in progress with your institution. Once the process is completed, you institution can collect your passport and submit for your renewal application.
