You mean you will indicate address A in the home quarantine form but when you arrive to Malaysia you will choose another address? In my case, I was in a hotel and the thing is that the officers at the airport got the taxi cab for me and gave him the address. No I mean I will do my quarantine at government designated stations however I will stay in a different address not provided in the declaration of accommodation address

After the quarantine, you get discharged and can go wherever you wish. Anyways, mysafetravel is the one who can give you an accurate answer. Give them a call or reach put through email.
