      Hi Anudeep,

      Please note that 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL to students who are out of Malaysia as entry for new students is on hold. We will advise further once there are further instructions from the Immigration Department.
