  You can download it by visiting EMGS website.

  When you track the application on website not phone, there will be download option

  EMGS Approval letter for online classes will be issued once the application is supported by EMGS. You may download it on our website. Alternatively, kindly request your institution to download the verification letter from our system on your behalf.
