I am an international student from Bangladesh.I gave my last vaccination dose on the 12th of February and got my certificate.I will be flying to Malaysia and arrive there on the 18th of February.However,my travel agency told me that the immigration officer will create trouble for me in Malaysia as there is a law in Malaysia that there has to be a gap period of 7-10 days between my last vaccination dose and my arrival in Malaysia.
