I was told by my university to complete a post-arrival medical screening ,within 7 days of me completing my quarantine, in an EMGS appointed clinics or hospitals.They told me to bring these documents, “Health Examination report”, “consent letter” and “letter of undertaking”.I want to know what these documents are and do I have to complete them before arriving to Malaysia or these need to be filled up in Malaysia.

  You can download and fill in those documents right away. You can wait until you arrive at the panel clinic.
