Do I need to have a student pass in order to apply for dependant pass for my parents? Also I checked my university’s website, they gave a list of countries for undergraduate students who can apply for dependant passes.And apparently my country is not in the list……I am going to Malaysia for the first time so I don’t have a student pass, I wanted to take a gaurdian with me…….
