Dear respected EMGS
as you told me. i sent an email to EMGS. i request to cancel my old application through USM. USM university sent a request to EMGS as well to cancel my application. please i need your assistance to cancel my application to enable me to resubmit my new application through (UKM) university because i already got an offer letter from UKM and all my documents are ready, I am extremely concerned about time because i need to join in September.

  I have the same problem my application is still in pending from March.

  Based on EMGS email, I sent request to cancel my application through website. Email Case Number is (708632)
