What’s the procedure for international students to return to malaysia if they’ve been vaccinated? View
I think if anyone vaccinated then they should remove the whole quarantine fee except the covid test fee. But still i think that it should be like this.
Or they can vaccine the students at airport.

The procedures remains the same as you would still be required to undergo the mandatory quarantine procedure.
